That’s the benefit of owning your own business, growth; both financial and emotional is unlimited. Growth in sales, expansion in facilities, unlimited personal rewards.

I had several goals when starting Legendary Properties, but they all seemed quite straight-forward at the time. First grow my business beyond the typical real estate franchise model. Second take hungry and willing agents under “my wing” and teach them everything I know. Third leave a legacy my family, friends, employees and clientele could relate to and be proud of.

Since opening on February 7th 2004, I would say those goals have already come so far in their process to completion. Without the strongholds of a franchise, my marketing and customer service has superseded even my own soaring expectations. I have an amazing and flourishing team of agents, arming themselves with the tools necessary to succeed in all areas of real estate. I don’t have to ask my family, friends, employees and clientele how they feel about Legendary Properties; it’s expressed every time they walk through the doors of this office.

Couple these with the fact that during the first quarter of 2004, we were able to accomplish the impossible. We closed as much in that time frame then all of 2003 combined. $52,000,000 to be exact. It’s a staggering statistic when you think about it. In the first quarter of 2004, Legendary Properties was the number one listing and selling office in the Greater Denver and Boulder County areas. Amidst political angst, financial markets in a flux of uncertainty and interest rates rising, we have succeeded.
