Chris Haught brings to The Franklund Team more than 14 years of experience in the luxury sales industry. Prior to his career in high-end real estate, Chris specialized in interior design and luxury furniture sales. This experience has been extremely beneficial in his current role as a specialist in new construction, land development and re-sale property for The Franklund Team.

Chris’s eye for design is a perfect match for the team’s new home division. Furthermore it has trained Chris to listen to and understand a client’s needs so that he can fulfill those needs beyond every expectation. Average is not acceptable to Chris, nor should it be acceptable to his clients.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Steven relocated to Colorado in 1975 where he immediately put to work the skills he had learned from working in his family’s business – a major general contract and builder in the Detroit Metro area. In 1981, after obtaining his Master Plumber License, Steven opened his own business and collaborated with major contractors in the Denver are whose mutual endeavors included both commercial and residential building. Through engagement with these Front Range area developers, Steven gained greater insight as to who truly crafted local Homes – not simply houses.

In the late 1980’s, Steven assisted in the formation and opening of a home care agency called Family Care at Home, Inc. Through this agency, he actively worked with leaders involved in the care of elders and those with disabilities. Steven developed a broad and powerful network within this community, which has been of great benefit in assisting those relocating with elderly parents or people with special needs in the greater Denver-Boulder region.

By integrating his expertise of knowledge and wisdom in the building and home health industries, along with his authentic and caring attitude, Steven provides greater assistance for both individual clients and families in making one of the most important decisions made in life, that of your Home. Steven is also actively engaged in several community projects including membership in a number of professional organizations

Paul and Kamron joined Legendary Properties in September of 2007. Previously, they were team leaders of one of the top producing real estate teams with Benchmark Realty, as well as, top producers in their own right. They specialize in the residential market in Boulder county from entry-level first-time homebuyers to luxury homes to University of Colorado rentals and investments. Although their expertise lies in Boulder County, their experiences span along the Front Range.

Paul was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Finance. Paul then spent 11 years on the PGA tour as a pro caddy where he honed his exceptional people skills. After moving from Georgia to Colorado to be with his wife, Kamron, in 1999, he quickly started a career in real estate. Paul is a natural! He has a strong interest in what his clients want…and need. His strong financial background gives him the capability to assist buyers and sellers with understanding their financial options and limitations. What clients love most about him is his honesty, hard work, knowledge of the local area and his fun loving personality.  When Paul isn’t with his family or working he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, hiking, cooking, and home projects.

Kamron moved to Colorado in the early 1990’s from Erie, Pennsylvania. She earned a degree in Marketing from Ithaca College and worked at an advertising agency in Pittsburgh and various marketing positions in Colorado. After seeing Paul’s real estate success, she decided to get her license to help him and they haven't looked back since. Kamron's history and experience in marketing is invaluable to the real estate transaction. Furthermore, her organizational and communication skills are an asset to any home buyer or seller. Paul and Kamron celebrated the birth of their daughter, Tali, in January of 2007.  When Kamron’s not spoiling Tali, she enjoys skiing and cooking.

Finding a really great deal is what Susan finds most gratifying-- and she will search relentlessly to unearth one. It is important to her that clients acquire properties that are not only perfect homes, but sound financial investments as well. Having lived in the Boulder County/Longmont area for more than thirty years, she is very familiar with the local market and knows just where to look for those deals.

Moving to a new community is always a difficult experience. Susan, however, is a specialist in relocation who will smooth the bumps and calm the stresses throughout the entire process. Because her daughter and sons attended local schools she has an intimate knowledge of the schools system, and she has long experience with the community and recreational opportunities. With her unique personality and infectious laughter, Susan can actually make relocating fun.

Susan had an unusual beginning, starting her career in New York’s garment district. And even though Susan left the fashion business and moved to Colorado three decades ago, that New York upbringing is obvious every time she speaks. Because addressing large groups was never a problem for her, she later became a corporate trainer. Susan obtained her real estate license in 1999, beginning her real estate career at Coldwell Banker. She moved to Legendary Properties Sotheby's International Realty because they are simply the best in every way. When not at work, Susan enjoys spending time with her family and her dog. And of course, looking for great deals at the mall.

Corbey Weaver

Corbey Weaver was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. She is alumni of Colorado State University as are both of here parents, who still reside in Fort Collins today. Corbey graduated from CSU with a Bachelor in Fine Arts concentrating on photography as well as metalsmithing and blacksmithing. In addition to having her Real Estate License, Corbey has a manicurist license and also does interior decorating. She helps her husband run his flooring and custom home construction business using her skills with organization, as well as actually doing construction work herself. She’s not afraid to get dirty and do some manual labor. She is truly a “Jill of all trades”. She enjoys most sports, as long as she’s playing and not watching. However, her number one favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. “Without my family I’d be nothing.”

Corbey donates her time to Habitat for Humanity, as well as raising funds for the American Cancer Society. She has a kind heart, is honest and trustworthy. Living in Fort Collins has given her great knowledge of the Northern Colorado area. She enjoys helping people, and loves when she can aid in finding someone the house of their dreams. Corbey works hard to get any task at hand done and done right. She’s always ready to try new things, and is constantly trying to better all of her many skills. Since early 2005, Tina Walker has gained a vast experience working with Buyers and Sellers in New Home Sales, Resale, New Construction, Remodels and Investment properties in Northern Colorado. This includes Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Wellington, Greeley, and surrounding areas.

She began her real estate career in Virginia managing all facets of the Property Management Industry working for a large R.E.I.T. She ended her 10 year career when she moved to Fort Collins in 1999 to be closer to family and where she grew up (Sheridan, WY). Her husband, Mike, was a Police officer in Manassas, VA and a Sgt with the Fort Collins Police Department. He retired from this career after 11 years of public service and in 2005, they teamed up utilizing their combined work experiences and created Michael James Custom Homes. They have enjoyed working together helping clients through every detail of the home building process.

She joined Legendary Properties in 2007, and her commitment is to sell real estate from her heart to ensure the smoothest home buying/selling experience. She will do this by honoring each client as an essential part of her real estate family, staying on top of real estate trends and the market, listening to her clients needs, maintaining high business standards and to be among the very best in our industry.

When not pursuing her career, she spends quiet time with her family and friends and enjoys long walks, gardening, reading, and working on home projects. She has been married since 1996 and her and Mike have 2 beautiful children Hailey and Alex.

After moving to Fort Collins in 1967 to attend CSU, I discovered it to be a great place to live and raise a family. Real Estate has been my profession and passion since 1984, when I earned the highly esteemed aware of Rookie of the Year by the Fort Collins Board of Realtors. Northern Colorado continues to be my home and place of business.

My other passion is my horse Ienstein, who is registered with International Sport Horse Registry (ISR). When time permits, I ride and show Dressage for ISR. I am very active in the equestrian community, having been the past president of Rocky Mountain Dressage Association and Northern Colorado Dressage Association. The NCDA supports the Susan G. Koman breast cancer foundation with an annual fundraiser. One of the best events we held, raising over $30,000, was the “Ride for the Cure”, the history of the horse, which was held at The Budweiser Event Center near Loveland.
