Jill Franklund, Partner/Contractual Advisor
As Scott Franklund's wife and business partner for more than 10 years, Jill Franklund has been an active member of Fuller Sotheby's International Realty's day-to-day operations. With over a decade of experience as Scott's assistant, confidently procuring luxury sales in Northern Colorado, Jill is a veteran transaction coordinator with beneficial knowledge of Colorado Real Estate law and hands-on experience in the real estate field. Until recently, Jill served as the contractual coordinator for Legendary Properties. After the birth of their second daughter, Jill performs only Scott Franklund's clients contractual obligations from contracts to closing. When dealing with luxury transactions, the responsibilities include carefully orchestrating all aspects of the contracts from buyers to sellers, lenders to title companies, and frequently communicating with clients' lawyers throughout the process. Jill continues to be a contractual advisor to The Legendary Team due to her knowledge and expertise.
Jill and Scott are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters. Jill's passions include her family, riding and showing her horses, and celebrating life with her daughters. Jill is an active volunteer for Blue Sky Bridge, a child and family advocacy program in Boulder. |
