I am proud to say that our coveted Boulder Sotheby’s office is now open for business. To better service the company’s clientele, I chose a cornerstone marquee to the city within a building of stature. Our new location is an iconic circa 1880’s building in downtown Boulder near the intersection of Arapahoe Avenue and 28th Street. The stately Victorian building is gleaming after a full renovation with easy access and ample parking. I welcome you to visit the new location, treasure the Flatiron views from the front porch and learn all that Sotheby’s has to offer our clients and brokers.
Additionally, I would like to take this opportunity to announce that I have chosen to align Legendary Properties Sotheby’s International Realty with Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty. The alignment is a natural compliment due to Fuller’s renowned presence in the Denver marketplace only extending our listing’s exposure. The new Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty will serve the metro-Denver, Boulder and Foothills region. The Fuller Sotheby’s main office is located in Greenwood Village and has additional offices in Cherry Creek North, LoDo and Evergreen. The new owner, Mr. Scott Webber, built the Coldwell Banker name in Boulder and Denver several years ago by taking the Van Schaak agency to a new level and which is still an icon operation known as Coldwell Banker NRT in Boulder and Denver.
We now have two premier companies with a shared vision aligning to better serve clients within Boulder, Denver, Northern Colorado and Colorado’s entire Front Range. I will serve the new Boulder office as founding member and senior broker. Exposure of my listings will now be recognized by a direct audience of over 250-agents company-wide. Marketing opportunities will be even more superior with such vast company power. And the large relocation department currently established at Fuller Sotheby’s will now integrate with the many Boulder County corporations considering relocations to better serve our buyers and sellers. The Sotheby’s International Realty network currently has more than 10,000 sales associated located in more than 500 offices in 36 countries and territories worldwide. All Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty listings are marketed on the sothebysrealty.com global website. The firm’s brokers and clients benefit from an association with the Sotheby’s auction house and worldwide exposure through Sotheby’s International Realty marketing programs.
On a personal level, this merger allows me the opportunity to get back to what I am most passionate about – dedicating myself to achieving the real estate goals for my past, present and future loyal clientele. It was on this accord that I built one of the most powerful real estate brands in the area and I will continue to honor this tradition. With the coveted Sotheby’s brand at my side, my marketing will maintain its powerful presence in the County as it extends locally, nationally and internationally. I will now be able to enhance the exceptional service and dedication my buyers and sellers deserve. I discovered over the past several years that my strengths and passion are spending time with my clients and friends as we meet their dreams and, along the way, set record sales prices in the County and beyond. It is very important for me to direct my focus solely on my client’s needs and spend more quality time with my family. The scope of the real estate industry has changed dramatically and one must use revolutionary techniques to properly achieve results in the selling and marketing of fine homes. I can now devote my learned skills to achieve a new level of marketing on a local, national and international scale to better service my client’s needs.
Boulder is a destination for many folks throughout the world and I am very happy to call it home. As a Boulder native, I have been blessed to travel abroad yet find there is no place like Boulder to live and raise my family. I believe the Boulder County residents agree with this sentiment.
