On August 23, 2008 Legendary Properties Sotheby’s International Realty will be holding a Luxury Property Auction at the St Julien Hotel and Spa in Boulder, Colorado. The auction will offer sellers the opportunity to highlight their property on an international scale while offering buyers an unprecedented assemblage of luxury properties throughout Colorado. We are currently accepting applications from sellers who wish to be involved in our Summer 2008 auction. If you have a property in the area and would like to be considered for our upcoming auction, please pre-register by filling out the information below and indicating that you are a potential seller. If you would like to pre-register for our summer sale as a buyer, please complete the form below and indicate that you are a potential buyer. You will be contacted once the portfolios are unveiled (approximately 3 weeks prior to Auction Day) in order to register for property-specific bidding. You will also receive email announcements directly from Legendary Properties regarding open houses, buyer’s classes, and important auction day information.
